Stuffed Spinach Mozzarella Chicken

The perfect low fat, healthy yet incredibly flavorful main course. We stuff our marinated chicken breast with fresh spinach and mozzarella then roll it and coat with Italian bread crumbs. It is toasted on the grill then finished golden in the oven. Then we slice it and drizzle with our signature pinot grigio pesto sauce. Perfect with almost any combination of side items.
