Beef Burgundy Mushroom

This has been a classic country dish for centuries; beef roasted slowly braised for hours in a deeply flavorful burgundy mushroom sauce. Combines well with many of our side dishes such as: Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Smashed Potatoes, Wild Rice Pilaf, Rosemary Oven Roasted or Steamed New Potatoes with Fresh Herbs (we grow our own organic herbs!), Homemade Mac and Cheese and just about any choice of vegetable. Our favorite choices are Green Beans with Bacon and Onion or Cinnamon Sugar Carrots
