Pecan Smoked Chicken

We have our own smokers and smoke our meats to order. Our BBQ Chicken is pecan smoked until tender, cut into quarters and served with tangy sauce on the side.
All our BBQ meals are accompanied by ranch hand potato salad and/or southern slaw, buttered corn, cowboy baked beans, fresh baked yeast roll and butter.


You have the option to choose Smoked Chicken only or make it a Combo Meal with Brisket, Pulled Pork or Smoked Sausage
