BBQ Sausage

We have our own smokers and smoke our meats to order. Our BBQ Sausage is pecan smoked then cut into 6oz portions and served with tangy sauce on the side.
All our BBQ meals are accompanied by ranch hand potato salad and/or southern slaw, buttered corn, cowboy baked beans, fresh baked yeast roll and butter.


You have the option to choose Smoked Sausage only or make it a Combo Meal with Brisket, Pulled Pork or Smoked Quartered Chicken
