When catering BBQ in Texas, especially in Dallas, you will have and endless list of restaurants to choose from. However, very few catering companies can brag about how they smoke their own meats in-house. At Corporate Chef catering we use our own state of the art smokers and we take a minimum of twelve long hours to smoke our briskets until they are perfectly tender. We also offer smoked chicken, pulled pork (seasoned with our secret rub) and mildly spicy sausage. All BBQ selections come with cowboy baked beans, buttered corn off the cobb, our signature Ranch Hand potato salad and/or Southern coleslaw and fresh baked rolls.
