The best advice I ever got came from my mom. When I was young and left home for good, she told me, “Work hard and with integrity, then the rest will take care of itself.” My name is Miguel Frascella and together with my wife, Robyn and the occasional help of our two sons,  have owned and managed Corporate Chef Catering since 1993.

We have based our business on these two important principles, “work hard and with integrity”. But along with these principles, I feel it is important to always aim for perfection and to provide exceptional service. From choosing the freshest and highest quality ingredients in our made from scratch meals to using time tested recipes that go back generations, when you order our food, you know you will be getting an excellent meal.

To this day, Robyn and I personally take part in every aspect of our day to day operation, making sure your meal meets your expectations. So when you call, ask for us and we will be here to help you make sure your event is a success.
